The very best days are filled with story and stitch . . .

I live in a little blue house with my family in Seattle, Washington.  When I'm not there you will probably find me in the art room in a local elementary school.

These makings are a joining of my passions for stitching and stories.  Bringing the layers of cloth and story together is a coming home of sorts for me.  I hope that you will discover a few of your own tales (true and wished for) within these cloths.

I'm thrilled to be included in the book "Stitch-illo" published by Uppercase Magazine Editor, Janine Vangool.  More information about the book can be found here:    Stitch-illo

More of my adventures with fiber and life can be found on my blog here:  handstories.

Thank you so much for coming by!
